Elswick Cherish 20" Kids Heritage Bike

Hawaiian blue with satin lacquer, cream tyres and chrome detailing, and six gears — the point at which a heritage bike becomes genuinely useful for getting places. A leisurely, upright riding position on a 12" step-through frame.

Who it fits

20" wheels on a 12" step-through frame, suitable for children aged roughly 7 to 10 with an inside leg measurement of 56–64cm (22–25"). Measure from the floor to the crotch with shoes off — far more reliable than age alone.

What you're getting

• Gears: 6 speed with a Shimano rear derailleur — enough range to handle hills without being complicated to use
• Frame: 12" step-through, easy to mount and dismount, in Hawaiian blue with low-sheen satin lacquer
• Brakes: front and rear V-brakes with reach-adjustable levers, so smaller hands can grip them properly
• Protection: full-length metal mudguards and a matching full-length chainguard to keep clothes clear of the chain
• Comfort: wider Elswick leather-effect saddle and soft-touch grips
• Finish: cream tyres against chrome rims, seatpost, brakes and handlebar, plus a front basket

Sizes either side: the Harmony on 18" wheels below, the Eternity on 24" above.

Why we can price like this

We're an authorised Elswick dealer — but we don't run a shop.

No showroom. No shop floor. No stock sitting in a warehouse depreciating. Your bike is picked and dispatched from the manufacturer's own facility and comes straight to your door.

A traditional bike shop has to cover premises, staff and stockholding before it makes a penny, and that has to come out of the ticket price. We don't carry those costs, so we're not asking you to pay for them.

What you don't lose: full manufacturer warranty, because we're an authorised dealer and not a grey importer. A real person to talk sizing through with before you order.
