How your bike arrives
Every bike is professionally built, safety-checked and tuned by our workshop team before it leaves us — then carefully boxed for transit. Your bike will arrive around 85% assembled: typically you'll just need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat, with all the technical setup already done.

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays). You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Where we deliver
We deliver to mainland UK addresses as standard. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take a little longer and can carry a small surcharge — this will be shown at checkout before you pay. We're currently unable to ship bikes outside the UK.
Click & collect from Shrewsbury
Prefer to collect in person? You're welcome to pick your order up from us in Shrewsbury — free of charge. We'll have your bike built, checked and ready, and we're always happy to talk you through it and adjust the fit before you ride away.
Returns & cancellations
If something isn't right, you can return an unused item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days. For full details — including how to arrange a return for a large item like a bike — see our returns policy or get in touch and we'll sort it for you.
