Hydraulic disc brakes and a lockout fork on a hardtail at this money is not the norm. The Haste 2.0 is the sharper of the two Haste models — built for trails, towpaths and bridleways, with the braking and gearing to make bigger days out comfortable.

Who it fits

Medium 17" frame on 650B wheels. As a general guide that suits most riders around 5'6" to 5'10", with 15" Small below and 19" Large above. Send us your height and inside leg and we'll confirm which frame to order.

What you're getting

• Gears: Shimano Altus 2x8 with Rapid-fire shifters for quick, precise changes
• Brakes: Shimano MT200 hydraulic discs — real stopping power with good modulation, rather than the cable discs usually found at this level
• Fork: 80mm travel with lockout, so it firms up for road sections
• Geometry: slacker head angle, longer top tube and shorter head tube than the previous model, with 720mm bars and a 60mm stem
• Wheels and tyres: 650B double-wall rims with fast-rolling WTB Ranger tyres

Delivery and build

Free UK mainland delivery. Bikes ship boxed and part-assembled as standard. Add our professional build and safety check at checkout and a qualified mechanic assembles, adjusts and safety-checks the bike before it leaves — a real workshop job, and entirely optional. Hydraulic brakes are worth having set up by someone who does it every day.
