A straightforward, hard-wearing hardtail on 26" wheels with a suspension fork up front. The Edge HT is the sensible first proper mountain bike — alloy frame, 18 Shimano gears and enough fork travel to take the sting out of rough ground, without paying for kit a new rider won't use yet.
Who it fits
16" frame with 26" wheels, suited to smaller adults and taller teenagers. Frame sizes run 14", 16", 18" and 20". If you're between two, send us your height and inside leg and we'll tell you which to order.

We're an authorised Claud Butler dealer — but we don't run a shop.
No showroom. No shop floor. No stock sitting in a warehouse depreciating. Your bike is picked and dispatched from the manufacturer's own facility and comes straight to your door.
A traditional bike shop has to cover premises, staff and stockholding before it makes a penny, and that has to come out of the ticket price. We don't carry those costs, so we're not asking you to pay for them.
What you don't lose: full manufacturer warranty, because we're an authorised dealer and not a grey importer. A real person to talk sizing through with before you order. And the option of a professional build so it arrives ready to ride.
Delivery and build
Free UK mainland delivery. Bikes ship boxed and part-assembled as standard. Add our professional build and safety check at checkout and a qualified mechanic assembles, adjusts and safety-checks the bike before it leaves — a real workshop job, and entirely optional.
