Hoy Pentland 24" Kids Bike, Sprint Red

The 24" Pentland is built for longer rides and rougher ground — the point at which a child stops pottering and starts genuinely going places. Disc brakes, a light frame and enough gear range to make hills a non-event. Finished in sprint red.

Who it fits

24" wheels, recommended for children aged 8 and up, with a minimum inside leg of 57cm and a minimum height of 127cm (4'2"). Measure floor to crotch with shoes off. Send us the measurements and we'll tell you whether the 24" or 26" gives them longer before they outgrow it.

What you're getting

• Brakes: 160mm disc brakes front and rear, dependable in all weather and on any surface
• Gears: Shimano 7-speed with a 32T chainring and 11–32T cassette — a practical range for hills, flats and everything between
• Cranks: 140mm, tailored to younger legs for efficient pedalling

Delivery and build

Free UK mainland delivery. Bikes ship boxed and part-assembled as standard. Add our professional build and safety check at checkout and a qualified mechanic assembles, adjusts and safety-checks the bike before it leaves — a real workshop job, and entirely optional. Disc brakes and gears are worth having set up by someone who does it every day.
