Dawes 18" Blowfish Kids Bike, Lime Green

The largest Blowfish, and the bridge between a first bike and a geared junior mountain bike. Still built around the same lightweight aluminium frame and alloy wheels, so it stays easy to handle as the wheels get bigger.

Who it fits

18" wheels, suited to most children around 5 to 7 years old. Age is only a rough guide — send us your child's height and inside leg and we'll confirm. If they're at the top of this range, the Dawes Bullet HT or Paris HT on 20" wheels adds gears and a suspension fork.

We're an authorised Dawes dealer — but we don't run a shop.

No showroom. No shop floor. No stock sitting in a warehouse depreciating. Your bike is picked and dispatched from the manufacturer's own facility and comes straight to your door.

A traditional bike shop has to cover premises, staff and stockholding before it makes a penny, and that has to come out of the price you pay. We don't carry those costs, so we're not asking you to cover them.

What you don't lose: full manufacturer warranty, because we're an authorised dealer and not a grey importer. A real person to talk sizing through with before you order. And the option of a professional build so it arrives ready to ride.

Delivery and build

Free UK mainland delivery. Bikes ship boxed and part-assembled as standard. Add our professional build and safety check at checkout and a qualified mechanic assembles, adjusts and safety-checks the bike before it leaves — a real workshop job, and entirely optional. On a child's bike, brakes set up correctly are worth paying for.
