Sizing guide
Use your child's height to pick the right frame size. If they're between sizes, size up for comfort — an inch of extra reach is easier to live with than a frame that's too small.
| Frame size | Rider height |
|---|---|
| 16" | rider 5'4"–5'7" / 163–170cm |
| 18" | rider 5'8"–5'11" / 173–180cm |
Helmet sizing
| Size | Head circumference |
|---|---|
| S/M | 54–58 cm |
| L/XL | 58–61 cm |
Measure your child's head at the widest point, roughly 2 cm above the eyebrows and around the back. If you don't have a tape measure, S/M is the safe default — the internal dial adjusts the fit.
Still not sure which size to pick? Email us at hello@discountedbikesshropshire.co.uk with your child's height and we'll recommend. If a size doesn't fit when your child collects the bike, we can swap it at no cost.
Buy-back scheme
Every bike sold under this partnership carries a buy-back commitment for when your child leaves Concord. Subject to a Bike Doctor condition check at end-of-year. The helmet, lock, lights and starter kit stay with your child.
| When your child leaves | We pay back (bike RRP £399.99) |
|---|---|
| Within 12 months | 45% — £180 |
| 12 – 24 months | 35% — £140 |
| Over 24 months | 25% — £100 |
