Batch 12" Balance Bike, Storm Black

The bike that teaches the hardest part of riding first. No pedals and nothing to think about except balance, so when pedals do arrive, most of the learning is already done. Finished in Storm Black.

Who it fits

Designed for children from around 2 to 5 years old. Set the saddle so both feet sit flat on the ground. Age is only a guide, so if you're unsure, send us their height and inside leg and we'll confirm the fit.

What you're getting

• Frame: 6061 aluminium, light enough for a toddler to pick up and turn round on their own
• Weight: 4.1kg
• Tyres: 12" puncture-proof EVA, so they never go flat and never need pumping up
• Saddle: padded and adjustable, so it keeps up as they grow
• Stopping: feet do the work, which keeps the focus on balance

Also available in Blue.

Why we can price like this

We're an authorised Batch dealer and we sell online only. A traditional bike shop has premises and staff to cover before it makes a penny, and that comes out of the price you pay. We don't carry those costs, so we're not asking you to cover them.

What you don't lose: the full Batch manufacturer's warranty, because we're an authorised dealer and not a grey importer, and a real person to talk sizing through with before you order.

Delivery and build

Bikes ship boxed and part-assembled, with final set-up to be completed by someone comfortable with basic bicycle mechanics. Not sure? Get in touch and we'll talk you through it.
