Constructed from 85% Nylon and 15% Elasthane, the inner layer is a breathable liner combined with a Windproof outer shell. No matter if you are Skiing, Fishing, Cycling or Running, the ETC Snug Winter Cap significantly prevents wind penetration and retains valuable body heat.
